Fulnio is a fulfillment service for e-shops that covers the complete logistics – from warehousing through packing to shipping orders to your customers. The warehouse and shipping are operated by our logistics partner Pack4you in Bratislava, Slovakia, while Fulnio takes care of the whole cooperation. In practice, you can focus fully on sales and marketing while we take care of everything else.

The physical logistics – goods intake, storage, packing, shipping and returns – are handled by our partner Pack4you s.r.o. in its warehouse at Na Pántoch 18, Bratislava, Slovakia. Fulnio is your partner for the whole cooperation: we prepare a tailored quote, connect your e-shop, set up the processes and act as your single point of contact who oversees quality and handles everything with the warehouse for you.

Connecting to Fulnio is simple. We support the most widely used platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoptet and others. Orders are synchronised automatically, so shipping is fast and error-free. If needed, we will gladly help you set up the whole system step by step.

The price depends on your order volume, stock size and type of goods. You pay only for the services you actually use: order preparation including the box and packing, storage based on the space used and the number of days, and returns processing – you never pay for unused space. We work with several carriers – Packeta, DPD, GLS, Slovak Post, SPS and others. Every parcel is trackable and customers automatically receive delivery notifications.

We process returns and complaints for you. We receive the parcel, inspect the goods and, as agreed, put them back in stock or prepare a detailed report on the condition of the product. The whole process is clearly visible online.

We store and ship a wide range of common goods – for example fashion, accessories, cosmetics, food supplements, sports equipment or electronics accessories. Only dangerous, flammable or oversized products are not suitable. If you have a specific product range, we will check the options individually.

Yes. Fulnio ships across the whole EU, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Poland and other countries. Cross-border orders are processed just as efficiently as domestic ones – with a choice of carrier and parcel tracking.
